This hotel was beautifully decorated and absolutely clean, plus the Wi-Fi worked well. the location felt a bit remote, but it was really nice being in the Etno garden. it was just a short walk from Grosvenor Casino Plymouth. 🌿.

We had double room, and it was modern with good wifi signal. This accommodation had a remote setting in a quiet woodsy area.

It's conveniently close to the Karst Gallery, making it easy to explore the surroundings. the unit is beautifully decorated, featuring a clean bathroom and a comfy bed. the delightful room design adds to the overall charm, and the food served is truly tasty.

The location is also a huge plus, within walking distance to the park entrance and with free parking. The breakfast had many fresh options, including warm donuts. We highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

The signages and directions to the hotel can be a bit confusing for newcomers.

Great location: This hotel is perfectly situated near all the popular sights that you want to go and see in the city. The location is just a few minutes from all the interesting places, making it a great place to stay.

Poor service: I was expecting better services from the hotel, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The staff did not seem to care about the guests and their needs.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our city trip. We were able to walk to the most popular attractions and it was very convenient. the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We also really enjoyed the green outdoor area, which was a great spot to relax and recharge after walking around all day.

We found that paying with a card was a bit difficult, as we had to fill out a form and provide our information from a distance. the bills we received from the restaurant were not confirmed in any way.
